![]() Some of you may be wondering why I chose flowers as the background for the paper this issue. Two reasons really - First I thought it would be rather nice to see flowers this time of year. Particularly since it's already been rather a nasty winter in Saskatchewan with lots of blizzards and cold weather. I also thought it would be a great idea to have flowers to celebrate our first anniversary! That's right, this rag is now officially one year old. I find that I don't really have a lot of things to talk about for my editorial this issue. Boy, that's a switch. I'm not sure if it's just that I'm fairly content with the world at the moment or what. Maybe it's the time of year. We've all been so caught up with Christmas in recent weeks that it tends to take over everything. I hope that all of you had a wonderful holiday season this year. ![]() |

![]() Terry & Judy They had a great "lobster feed" at their house in October when Jo-Anne shipped them fresh Nova Scotia lobster. They invited friends over for a feast. They planned a quiet Christmas this year with a friend of theirs coming over for turkey dinner. Terry figured it would take a front end loader to get all Daniel's presents under the tree. Terry had a couple of weeks off in December just before Christmas. Daniel managed to stay relatively healthy this Christmas. He has a nasty habit of spending major holidays in the hospital. Susan & Rob Rob was deer hunting this year but had no luck. He saw a beautiful 8 point buck but it managed to elude him. Susan spent the first weekend in Dec. in the IWK Children's Hospital with Alex. He had a bad cold and was having breathing difficulties. They treated him for asthma and kept him overnight to monitor him. They still aren't sure whether he actually had Go to Page 2 |
