Trevor has been waiting for a posting since the disbandment. As this went to press I didn't have anything firm on him but there is a rumour that he may be able to stay at Petawawa since the Royal Canadian Regiment does have a presence there. When I spoke with Allan recently he also mentioned that Trevor expects to be taking a course to become a Master Corporal. That would certainly be a step up for him and a good career move. We wish him luck on this. One of the main reasons he would like to stay in Petawawa is because that is where his girlfriend, Emily, is.
Joy and Reg are going on a honeymoon trip to Alberta and Sask in April. The girls are staying with friends on the base so they don't miss school. Joy & Reg will probably leave Apr. 7 and spend a few days visiting Barb & family, then go to Weyburn for Easter and Strasbourg on Easter Monday.
Sonya is down in Costa Rica beginning Mar. 23 for 2 weeks where she will be staying with friends. Steven is living at home and is now working at 2 jobs, 6 days per week.

Susan & Rob are planning Alex's first birthday party for May 2nd. At that time they will also become superintendents in their apartment building. You can't beat that kind of cheap rent.
Terry & Judy were in Edmonton on the April 1st weekend looking for a new vehicle.

Evelyn sent me the birthdays and anniversaries of her children & grandchildren so they will be appearing in that section. Any news on any of them in future will appear here.

No news is good news.

Mom's sister Lydia and her husband, Doug Sanford, separated earlier in the winter but have since reconciled according to family members.
Harry Ebenal is thinking of retiring. Stan & Sherry Ebenal are currently unemployed and looking for work.
Grandma Ebenal has moved back into Vancouver from Abbotsford. She moved

on March 6. She finally got tired of waiting for her kids to find her a place and she found one on her own. (She sure hasn't changed.) She is now living in a Catholic Senior's home, and is happy to be living closer to her kids and to be able to attend church again. She had been living in a Mennonite Lutheran home and wasn't happy with that. The address of her new home is: Youville Residence, Room 424, 4950 Heather St., Vancouver, BC V5Z 3L9. Her phone # is (604) 264-0133. She had a few problems settling in at first. She shares a bathroom and there was an incompatibility problem with the lady she was sharing with. The other lady has since been moved and apparently Grandma is much happier now.

I think most of us remember Joy's friend Barb. They were best friends growing up and went through basic training together. Barb is now married and on March 22nd she gave birth to a baby girl - Crystal Rose. Joy must pass on congratulations from all of us. Allan & Carol are planning a big back yard party on June 17th for their 25th. All are welcome! Call them for details.
