LARRY &
SHARON BRANCH
Amber was down in Arizona over Christmas and has finished her last course. That one was in Equine Massage and she passed it with a 93. (Who knew that horses got massages too!!??) She’s hoping to take a course in Horse Management in Alberta next. In the meantime she’s looking for work. Dylan has been working at Kramer Tractor, which he enjoys very much. He was living in Regina but gave up his apartment when the lease was up at the end of March and is commuting from home. Larry was laid up with a back injury for awhile at the beginning of February. Sharon started a full-time job at the Home as a housekeeper. She was able to get on full time when Doreen went down to part-time hours. There were some very bad weather conditions in March and Amber and Nancy got in a bit of trouble when the truck went off the road and rolled. Fortunately, neither one was badly hurt, walking away with a few scratches. Larry is going into the water hauling business and looking forward to that. He’s been working on the truck so that he can get started soon. DON & TRUDY
BRANCH
Danielle moved
into a new apartment in Calgary at the end of March.
She’s back in the North West and enjoys the
new area very much. Her new address
is: #316 – 3500 Varsity Drive NW,
Calgary, AB, T2L 1Y3. She had no end of
problems with Telus hooking up phone and internet improperly but is all
settled
in now. She
has been enjoying her work and her friends at work very much and goes
out
|
to dinner
with some of them from time to time. Danielle was
entertaining Nicole
on the weekend of April 9th
while Nicole stayed for a couple of days on her way back to Australia. They had plans to go to the zoo and out for
dinner and drinks with friends. Danielle
will soon be training on a new computer system at
work and then
training all the others there. Danielle
had gone back to Sask at Christmas and
spent some good visiting time with her
family. She enjoyed having Nicole and
her Aussie friends return to Calgary with her and they all went out to
a
Scottish pub on New Year’s Eve. Trudy
came to visit for a couple of days in January in order to bring back
the rental
car that Nicole and her friends had left there.
