Unbaked Christmas Cake
2 cups dates, cut fine
2 cups raisins (chopped)
1 cup currants
2 cups cut, blanched almonds
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup mixed peel, cut fine
4 cups crushed graham wafers
3 cups marshmallows
2 rings glazed pineapple
4 tbsp cherries
1 tin Eagle Brand milk or 1 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp each of salt, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, cinnamon
Mix all together well and pack lightly in buttered loaf pan and store in pan at least 2 weeks to ripen, best in refrigerator.
