| Moist Chocolate Cake |
| 1 1/2 cups flour 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup milk 1 tbsp boiling water 1/2 cup cocoa 3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp baking powder |
| Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks. Add cocoa and soda dissolved in boiling water. Add a little flour and milk alternately, beat well and add stiffly beaten egg whites. Don't beat anymore after addition of egg whites. Bake at 325. |
