Tater Dip Chicken |
1 egg 2 tbsp water 1/4 tsp sage or 1 1/2 tsp poultry dressing 3/4 tsp salt dash pepper 1 cup instant mashed potato flakes 1/4 cup butter |
Beat egg slightly and beat in water, salt, pepper and sage. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then coat with potato flakes. Put butter in large shallow dish and melt in oven. Place coated chicken in this melted butter in one layer and bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Turn pieces over and bake another 30 minutes, always uncovered. |
