| Walnut Slice |
| 1 cup flour 1/2 cup butter 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 2 eggs 1/2 cup coconut 1 cup walnut 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp flour vanilla |
| Mix together 1 cup flour with 1/2 cup butter as you would for pie crust. Pat down in cake tin. Add together the remaining ingredients, mix and spread on top of first mixture in pan. Bake in moderate oven until golden brown. |
