Perogies
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
water to make a soft dough
1 tbsp oil
Roll dough thin and cut out into 4" circles. Fill with sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and cheese, or cottage cheese, hamburger meat, or any fruit. cover with another circle of dough. Press edges tight and cook in boiling water for 10-15 minutes.
