10 lbs navy beans 3 cans tomato soup 4 lbs pork 2 cups brown sugar 4 tbsp salt 3 lbs onions 2 - 11oz bottles of ketchup 3 tbsp molasses 3 tbsp ground mustard 1 tsp pepper |
Cover beans with cold water, let stand overnight. In morning, cover with cold water and cook until tender. Keep well covered with water, cut pork fine, also onions fine, and add all ingredients to beans. Mix well. Put in jars and process for 3 hours. Makes about 20 quarts. |
