Canning Fresh Milk
 
Fill the quart sealers just so the glass lid does not touch the milk and screw rings on tight, then loosen a bit. Put them in a boiler or canner and fill with water just to the bottom of the ring and boil for 1/2 hour. Remove from stove and tighten lids. (Did this for years on the farm.)
