Crisp Dill Pickles |
1/4 tsp pickling spice 2 sprig dill 2 cloves of garlic 1 1/2 tsp coarse pickling salt |
Place above mixture into sterilized jars. Pack in cucumbers, then repeat the above for the top - fill with tap water, add a bay leaf. You may also add a pinch of alum if desired. Seal jars but do not turn over. (Kosher Dills) Recipe from Norma & Al Kuly. |
