| Dill Pickles |
| 2 quarts water 1 quart vinegar 2/3 cup coarse salt |
| Bring to a boil, add alum, and pour over jars of cucumbers with dill and garlic. Seal. This can also be used for Bean Dill Pickles. Used this recipe since 1946. |
