flew down to Florida for Easter to spend a week with Rob's folks. It was Alex's first plane trip and he loved it. He spent Easter on a beach getting tanned! Susan & Erica stayed home. They spent Good Friday at Roy & Jo-Anne's having spaghetti supper. (Erica's favorite. Remember, she's the boss.) Susan went to Stars on Ice with Jo-Anne on April 11. Joy & Reg Reg will be leaving the military for medical reasons. He has had problems with his feet for quite sometime and it finally got to the point that he had to get out. The army will generously pay a pension and help him to retrain for another job back in the real world. Joy & Reg had the whole family at their house part of the time over Easter as well. Joy & Barb are gearing up for the local craft shows. Joy has moved into a new job and working under the same boss she had in Chilliwack. She is also helping to start a company newspaper. Joy ranked 8th out of 67 CPL's in her unit this year, after only being there 8 months, aiming for #1 next year. She goes out to the field for a few weeks in May as a driver. The girls are all growing and busy, the 2

oldest will be spending time in BC camping with their aunt in July. The family plans on visiting in Sask in June for the Mopar Meet. Also planning some home renovations this summer. Trevor Trevor got home to Canada late in January and immediately had 5 weeks off to "get back to normal". He is now with a mortar platoon where he drives the gun. He was in Kingston during March break and was thrilled to be with his buddy when his friend's wife gave birth to their first baby. Sonya Sonya had a wonderful time in Nova Scotia for a week, enjoying the inaugural Four Continents Figure Skating Championships with Jo-Anne. They spent most of the week at the Metro centre watching practices as well as competition. It was a wonderful experience to be close enough to actually speak with some of the competitors. She has recently been recommended for a position as intranet coordinator at work. She flew to Alberta for Easter and spent the time with the entire family. Steven & Meredith Steven is acting manager at a London Drugs location (I wonder when he plans to stop acting and let

them see the real Steven?). Meredith is in Sales Admin. at another location. They drove to Alberta to spend Easter with the folks. In February Meredith went to Idaho to visit her best friend. Steven & Meredith went out to dinner to celebrate their wedding anniversary in March. Steven, Meredith, Sonya and a couple more friends will soon be moving into a new place together. Will let you know the address when I get it. I have heard through the grapevine that Agnes has moved to Innisfail, Alberta where she lives just down the street from Reinhold and Grace. Brian & Heather are doing fine. Heather continues to do a lot of work on the internet for Trooper and the Mining Co. Brian is nearly finished the first year of his course. Jenifer's choir group won first place at a music festival in Lethbridge, Adam is still in the Cadets and Corbin is just busy, busy, busy. They all got together with Michele and her family to surprise Reinhold on his 70th birthday by all showing up at a restaurant to have dinner with Go to Page 3
